Prohibits spam, phishing, credential theft, malware distribution, and infrastructure abuse.

1. Prohibited Uses

You may not use Histeria to transmit, facilitate, or store any content or email message that is illegal, harmful, deceptive, or abusive.

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

Sending unsolicited commercial email (spam) or purchased/scraped email lists.
Phishing, social engineering, credential harvesting, or deceptive sender identity spoofing.
Distributing malware, ransomware, viruses, spyware, or malicious links.
Sending emails containing illegal content, harassment, threats, or hate speech.
Attempting to probe, scan, or compromise Histeria infrastructure or security controls.
Bypassing API rate limits, abusing queue resources, or performing unauthorized load testing.

2. Monitoring & Enforcement

We actively monitor delivery rates, bounce percentages, complaint spikes, and system usage to protect IP reputation and platform security.

If a violation is identified, we may immediately rate limit your requests, revoke API keys, suspend organization access, or terminate the account without refund.
